Accessibility Statement
EastArkNet wants its website, scanner, and official mobile applications to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Current Accessibility Status
EastArkNet has not completed a formal accessibility audit or comprehensive assistive-technology testing.
Some parts of the website or apps may not work correctly with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, switch control, enlarged text, browser zoom, high-contrast settings, reduced-motion settings, or other accessibility tools and preferences.
Existing accessibility behavior may vary by page, feature, browser, operating system, device, and assistive technology. We do not represent that the current Service is fully accessible.
Improvement Over Time
Accessibility work will be addressed as EastArkNet develops and maintains the Service. This may include improving page structure, labels, keyboard and focus behavior, text scaling, contrast, motion, control sizing, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Because comprehensive accessibility testing has not yet been completed, user reports are especially useful for identifying barriers that need attention.
Radio Audio Has Inherent Limitations
EastArkNet primarily presents public-safety radio audio. Radio transmissions may be noisy, distorted, abbreviated, overlapping, incomplete, or difficult to understand.
EastArkNet does not currently promise transcripts or captions for radio calls. If transcription or captioning is added in the future, automated text may contain errors and should not be treated as an official or complete record.
Accessibility improvements do not make EastArkNet an emergency notification, dispatch, or mission-critical service.
Report an Accessibility Problem
If an EastArkNet page, feature, or app screen is difficult or impossible to use because of an accessibility barrier, please report it through EastArkNet Support.

If possible, include:
- the page, route, or app screen involved;
- your device and operating system;
- your browser or EastArkNet app version;
- the assistive technology you were using, if any;
- what you were trying to do; and
- what happened instead.
Do not include passwords, access codes, private keys, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
No Claim of Certification or Complete Conformance
EastArkNet does not claim certification or complete conformance with WCAG or any other particular accessibility standard.
This Statement describes EastArkNet's current accessibility status and intent to improve it. It is not a representation that every page, feature, device, browser, or app screen is free of accessibility barriers.
Changes to This Statement
We may update this Statement as accessibility testing is performed, barriers are identified, and improvements are made.
